These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to clients who access the Website (https://www.ticdistribution.eu/). Please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from the Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Website is operated by KURJERS Ltd., registration No 44103074131, Latvia, Europe.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:

  • The Company/we/ourselves – TicDistribution.eu

  • Party/Parties/Us – both the Client and The Company, or either the Client or the Company

  • The Client/you – the legal entity or a natural person who buys Goods from the Company

  • Goods – the articles to be supplied to the Client by the Company

  • Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person or legal entity

  • Processing – any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data

  • Data subject – a natural person or legal entity whose Personal Data is being Processed

Terms of Service

  • The minimum order value is 500 EUR.

  • Discounts apply based on order cart contents and the respective SUBTOTAL sum. They are non-cumulative and mutually exclusive. Only one discount may be utilized per order.

  • The Company reserves the right to ban the account of the Client who is selling retail products on their website at a price below the base price stated on the Website.

  • The Company, to ensure maximum CORRECTNESS, QUALITY, and TRANSPARENCY towards the Client, operates in the market with strict and efficient commercial ethical rules.

  • The Company offers only authentic products in their original packaging.

  • The Client is aware that the goods have been purchased from the official distributors and assumes full responsibility for the trade in goods.

  • The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and the supplier of the items.

  • Items are usually provided with their original manuals. It is up to the Client to check before buying that any specific languages are available for certain products. No returns are accepted due to missing languages in the manual.

  • All returned products will be examined for possible damage or improper use.

  • The Company reserves the right to request information regarding the Client, its true beneficiary, the origin of funds, as well as the submission of documents substantiating the provided details at any time.

  • By placing an order through the Website, the Client warrants that it is legally capable of entering into binding contracts and the Client confirms that all transactions will be performed for its own benefit and that the interests of third parties are not represented in the transactions.

  • Product prices on the Website exclude duties and taxes.

  • To ensure fairness and transparency, each Client may maintain only one registered account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

  • Orders containing both ‘Ready’ stock and ‘On Demand’ stock items will not be processed together. Customers must place separate orders for each stock type.

B2B Scope

These Terms of Service apply exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) relationships. The Client confirms it is not acting as a consumer. Consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, do not apply.

Payments

  • Payments are required in advance through accepted payment methods:

  • All orders must be paid within 48 hours after receiving an order invoice; otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically.

  • Retention of Title: Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to the Client until full payment has been received by the Company.

Customer Service

  • Order changes can be requested at sales@ticdistribution.eu.

  • An extra service fee of 20 EUR applies to each new request starting from the third change to an invoice.

  • An extra service fee of 20 EUR applies if a customized invoice is required.

  • Any additional special service fees must be pre-agreed and added to the invoice prior to payment.

Availability & Out-of-Stock

  • All prices/offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the Company’s discretion.

  • The Company reserves the right to correct typographical errors, adjust prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, or reflect changes in supplier pricing.

  • If items are Out of Stock (OOS), the Client may:

    1. Replace OOS items with available models in the order

    2. Replace with specific models requested

    3. Receive store credit for the value of OOS items (usable for the next order)

Shipping & Customs

  • Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

  • We primarily use UPS, DHL, and FedEx, but other couriers may be arranged.

  • A tracking number is provided for all orders.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, logistics, or global force majeure.

  • Delivery costs depend on address, weight, size, and the courier used.

  • The Client is responsible for customs clearance and paying all applicable taxes/duties in the country of import. Goods are dispatched from Europe.

  • The Company cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details entered by the Client.

  • If no shipping updates are available within 60 days, the Client may request store credit, a replacement order, or a refund.

  • If shipments outside the EU (or other destinations) are returned due to the Client’s error, failure to provide documentation, or refusal by the end-customer, the Client remains fully responsible for all related costs, including return shipping, customs charges, and reshipment.

Returns

  • All B2B sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed, except in cases where the Goods were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Claims of damage or incorrect delivery must be reported to sales@ticdistribution.eu within 3 (three) days of delivery, accompanied by supporting evidence such as photos.

  • Any claim submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Warranty & Faulty Goods

  • The Company provides a two-year warranty starting from delivery.

  • Warranty is covered by the international warranty and our supplier’s warranty.

  • Proof of warranty = order number + purchase invoice.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Faulty goods will be replaced, repaired, or refunded as store credit.

  • Used items may be provided with replacement parts.

  • Goods must be inspected upon delivery; discrepancies reported within 3 days.

  • Responsibility for Final Consumers:

    • All Goods are original and supplied with manufacturer warranty booklets.

    • Final consumers have the right to request warranty service either from the brand or from the seller who sold them the goods.

    • TicDistribution.eu is not the seller to final consumers. Our Clients are responsible for managing warranty claims with their own customers.

    • Exceptionally, if the Company agrees to assist with a repair, the Client must cover the cost of shipping both ways.

Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted to sales@ticdistribution.eu within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

  • The Client must include the order number and relevant details (images, videos, documents).

  • The Company will review and respond promptly.

Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Website belong to their respective owners. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official distributor of these brands.

Exclusions, Liability & Force Majeure

  • The Website is provided “as is.”

  • The Company excludes liability for damages except as required by law.

  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by delays, resale market conditions, or third-party logistics.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total invoice value of the order giving rise to such claim.

  • Force majeure (acts of God, strikes, war, epidemics, shortages, etc.) may delay obligations.

Privacy Policy

(As previously provided – GDPR compliance, data collection, analytics, Cloudflare, retention, user rights, etc.)

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by Latvian law.

  • Courts of Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Disputes should first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in court under Latvian procedures.

Notification of Changes

  • The Company may revise these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the Website = acceptance of changes.

Other Provisions

  • The Company may request proof of funds, beneficiaries, and documents under Latvian AML law and EU directives.

  • The Company is considered an intermediary service provider under Directive 2000/31/EC.
